<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly and quickly perform correction processing to noise components without increasing costs. <P>SOLUTION: An image sensor (CMOS sensor, or the like) includes a scan mechanism of an XY address system, an effective pixel region, and a plurality of reference pixel regions disposed adjacent to the opposite side of the effective pixel region, and simultaneously scans pixel signals for one line vertically.
