<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce control boards in electronic control of a vehicle or the like and the weight of wire harness by an active wire harness, and to reduce a mechanism failure ratio by a multiplexing parallel operation, while realizing an automatic fail-safe mechanism which prevents an unexpected serious risky failure even when a failure occurs in the control. <P>SOLUTION: In a wire harness connecting the control with a controlled machine, a controlling logic circuit equipped to the wire harness is dynamically reconstituted, so as to operate while creating a required logic constitution.
