PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire improved in uneven wear resistance and traction performance on a wet road surface. SOLUTION: The tire has block land lines 5 defined in a tread 1. Block lands 4 constituting the block land lines 5 are arranged such that they are displaced from each other in a tire peripheral direction between two adjacent lines of block land lines 5 with a peripheral direction groove 2 therebetween, and a groove 6 between block lands adjacent in a tire width direction extends being inclined with respect to the tire width direction and the tire peripheral direction. Here, a distance d<SB>1</SB>between block lands adjacent in the tire peripheral direction is shorter than a direction d<SB>2</SB>between block lands adjacent in the tire width direction. In the block land lines 5 adjacent to each other in the tire width direction, the block land 4 has a side wall 9 on a side toward the groove 6, and an inclination angleαthereof with respect to the tire peripheral direction is larger than an inclination angleβof a side wall 10 with respect to the tire peripheral direction, the side wall 10 being on an opposite side of the groove 6.
