PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the deformation of a cylindrical bobbin body caused by the wound pressure of a wire. SOLUTION: A bobbin for a wire saw has a center hole 37b into which the drive shaft 33 of the wire saw is insertable and has a cylindrical bobbin body 37 allowing the wire 14 of the wire saw to be stacked in a wound state at an outer circumferential surface. A reinforcing wall 38 for reinforcing the center in the length direction of the bobbin body 37 in a closed state is formed at the inner circumference of the center hole 37b. A coupling protrusion 40a which can be engaged with the coupling recess 33a on the drive shaft 33 is formed at the axis position of the reinforcing wall 38. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
