PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chip-formed material consisting of a composition containing mainly of a polylactic acid-based resin having a good molding processability, showing a good roll release of film on forming time, not blocking the film produced by film formation and also having a good flexibility and transparency. SOLUTION: This chip-formed material consists of a composition containing (A)≥24 and≤64 wt.% polylactic acid-based resin, (B)≥10 and≤50 wt.% aliphatic polyester other than the polylactic acid-based resin (A) and/or an aliphatic aromatic polyester, (C)≥5 and≤30 wt.% plasticizer and (D)≥0.1 and≤5 wt.% organic lubricant, and shows≥0.1 and≤15 g/10 min melt mass flow rate.
