<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein transformer-type generators require excessive power for rotation of rotating magnets regardless of the loads of generated output. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The rotating magnet 3 in a stator 2 is allowed to revolve by an external driving force, and the rotating magnet is supported freely rotatably around an axis of rotation 5 different from an external driving shaft 6, thus driving the rotating magnet by low power.
