SOLUTION: The distributed constant type terminator includes: a first resistance film 004 which bridges a given distance between an input signal electrode 009 and a ground electrode 010 and in which resistance with a first sheet resistance value τ1(Ω/sq.) is distributed; and a second resistance film 005 which is disposed between a side in the direction of the given distance of the first resistance film 004 and an earth pattern 011 running in parallel therewith to be electrically connected to the side and the earth pattern 011, and in which resistance with a second sheet resistance value τ2(Ω/sq.) is distributed.
