<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical fiber band which bundles and fixes with an excellent workability a part of a bundle of optical fiber aggregate without giving stress or thermal load to the optical fiber aggregate, necessity of applying an adhesive, and injuring the optical fibers themselves, and to provide an optical fiber complex. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The optical fiber band 100 has a cylindrical form with a notched part 22 on the side wall 20 and the notched part 22 extends from one end part 10 in an axial line direction.
