<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gray hair inhibitor especially effective for suppressing and preventing gray hair in contrast with conventional hair growth promoting compositions containing a prostaglandin compound having two hetero-atoms at 15 position and a hair generating or growing agent containing a 15-keto-prostaglandin compound as an active component, wherein the prior arts do not disclose or suggest that the above two compounds are effective for suppressing and preventing gray hair. Ž<P>SOLUTION: There are provided the gray hair inhibitor containing the prostaglandin compound having two hetero-atoms at 15 position as the active component, and the gray hair inhibitor containing the 15-keto-prostaglandin compound as the active component.
