<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator operation system capable of preventing a crime such as drinking and driving by prohibiting the entry of a drinking person into a specific floor such as a parking lot floor. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A control panel 1 controls the operation of a car and cuts off a service for the specific floor beforehand. The car 2 includes a car operation panel 3, an expiration alcohol concentration detection device 4, and an announce device 5. The car operation panel 3 requests the operation of the expiration alcohol concentration detection device 4 by the announce device 5 when a car call registration to the specific floor is requested. The expiration alcohol concentration detection device 4 investigates the expiration of the user. When alcohol is detected by the expiration alcohol concentration detector 4, the control panel 1 maintains the service cut for the specific floor and provides a special announce into the car for notifying that the service to the specific floor is impossible using the announce device 5.
