摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing device capable of gradually releasing a sucking action for paper from a paper front edge side in a paper conveying direction without the existence of a mechanical holding means on paper and receiving and delivering paper in a stable state without requiring a suction auxiliary means. SOLUTION: This printing device includes a paper holding body 531 formed into a cylindrical shape rotating around a rotary axial center orthogonal to the paper conveying direction and having a plurality of suction holes 532 on an outer peripheral surface around the rotary axial center, a suction device 54 for sucking paper on an outer peripheral surface of the paper holding body 531 through internal space and the suction holes 532 of the paper holding body 531, and a shutter device having shutters 551A and B at a prescribed position at least one portion around the rotary axial center in the paper holding body 531 and movably provided with the shutters 551A and B over a closing position for closing the suction holes 532 in a region of a prescribed width around the rotary axial center and an opening position for opening the suction holes 532.
