PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a stiffening structure in a right and left reclining device connection structure with a connection rod without increasing strength and rigidity, or the like, in the reclining devices themselves and deteriorating an assembling difference absorbing function. SOLUTION: One end 12a of the connection rod 12 is connected to the seat inner side extension part 16a of a camshaft 16 in one reclining device 14L. The other end 12b of the connection rod has a cross-section having a noncircular outer shape corresponding to the through-hole 20 of a cam plate 18R in the other reclining device 14R. The noncircular outer shape part with a prescribed length of extension to a seat outer side is loosely inserted into the through-hole 20 of the cam plate, thereby connecting the right and left reclining devices so as to be synchronously operated. The end surface of the seat outer side extension part 16b of the camshaft in the one reclining device and the end surface of the seat outer side extension part 12b of the connection rod are covered by the cover bracket 32 of a side frame 24 via a prescribed clearance.
