PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor of excellent electric characteristic, capable of restraining fogging from being generated even under a high-temperature and high-humidity environment, and an image forming apparatus and a wet type developing image forming apparatus including the same. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic photoreceptor is formed with a photosensitive layer containing a charge generating agent, a charge transport agent including a positive hole transport agent, and a binder resin, on a conductive base material, and the photosensitive layer contains an aryl amine compound with a fluonylidene group or the like bonded in 4,4'-positions of a triaryl amine component.
