PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a perforated plate appropriate for production of particulates having a narrow particle size distribution and a method for producing particulates having a narrow particle size distribution. SOLUTION: The perforated plate has a circular cone, a tubular part connected therewith, and a plurality of funnel-shaped pores, wherein the ratio (L/D) of the length (L) of the tubular part to the diameter (D) of the tubular part ranges from 0.05 to 0.8 and the angle of the top of the circular cone ranges from 5 to 50°.
