PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diaphragm valve, which can reduce material cost by reducing the number of part items, and further contribute to reduction in size and weight of the whole valve. SOLUTION: The diaphragm valve includes a valve body 11 having a valve chamber inflow port of an inflow passage 11a and a valve chamber outflow port of an outflow passage 11b; a valve seat 12 provided on the valve body 11 so as to surround the valve chamber inflow port of the inflow passage 11a; a diaphragm 13 which performs valve opening and closing by approaching to and separating from the valve seat 12; and a bonnet 15 which holds the outer circumferential edge of the diaphragm 13 with the valve body 11. The outer circumferential edge of the diaphragm 13, the outer circumference of the valve body 11 and the outer circumference of the bonnet 15 are joined by welding over the whole circumference.
