The invention relates to a structure that comprises mounts mounted substantially end-to-end, and particularly but not exclusively to telescopic structures to be fixed in an extended position. Among said telescopic structures, the invention particularly relates to antennas, to tools with a telescopic handle, to ladders and stepladders, and to scaffoldings. The invention also relates to a means for fastening together the mounts of such structures. The invention is particularly characterised by the use of sleeves for fastening mounts together, which comprise e.g. two members, a first member comprising two spaced coaxial rings, and a second member inserted into the first member. |
