A device for providing musical feedback to a person learning to sing or play an instrument is provided. The device comprises a receiver for receiving musical user input, a feedback object, and a control unit. The control unit is configured to compare the musical user input to a predetermined musical user input. The control unit is also configured to calculate a difference between the musical user input and the predetermined musical user input, and to control the movement or rotation of the feedback object based on the calculated difference. A method and computer-readable medium is also provided.
