The drive (10) has a microwave position sensor arrangements (22, 58) arranged in a drive housing (12). Each arrangement has an inner conductor (54) for determining position of a piston arrangement (14) in a movement chamber (48). Two channel sections (62, 64) are arranged between the chamber and conductor for guiding microwaves and have transmission characteristics for the microwaves. The sections penetrate a front wall with openings, where the wall is formed for axial limitation of the chamber. The openings are arranged at a distance to each other in an outer region of the front wall.
