A quick-disconnection connector comprises detachable and non-detachable parts with a ball-type locking device having force closure. To prevent end-play and wear-out of connector’s terminal pairs, a sleeve is installed on connector’s detachable part. On the external surface of the sleeve a circular groove is performed, in which a collet sleeve having flange and a rim is installed. The rim of the collet sleeve comes into the circular groove and enclosed by a collar installed on the external surface of the collet sleeve. The collar is made as thin-walled glass with a flange, wherein explosive cartridges, ball-type locking devices, locking pistons, spring, washers and channels which connect an explosive cartridge chamber with operating chambers of locking pistons by a ring-type operating chamber. On the detachable side, locking pistons are provided with flanges and studs with ears, on the opposite part–with holders. Balls of ball-type locking devices are located into external circular groove of incomplete profile made in the collet sleeve. In the collet sleeve thread is made, in which a clamp sleeve having flanges is twisted. Into a housing which provided with a flange on one side, a washer having a crown is twisted, on the other side–non-detachable part of the connector.The clamp sleeve is installed between the washer and housing flange with gaps. |
