Proposed device fitted on the wheel comprises first and second transducers and data processing unit connected with said transducers. Said data processing unit incorporates comparator unit for calculating phase shift å between control point P and contact spot area and first computing unit to calculate lengthwise force Fx to define phase shift å between control point P contact spot area, defining parametre k describing angular velocity ë of the wheel. ^ EFFECT: validity of defining probability of accidents caused by ground properties and excessive speed. ^ 44 cl, 12 dwg |
