FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: method for pre-heating of cement raw mix for manufacturing of cement clinker, in which cement raw mix is sent to loading side of furnace for baking of cement clinker at least in one line of heat exchangers in counterflow by hot gas. At the same time hot gases are exhausted via the first two heat exchanges joined to loading end of furnace for baking of cement clinker, and via two lines of heat exchangers that follow these first heat exchangers in each case and arranged parallel to each other. At the same time the first two heat exchangers have larger volume compared to heat exchangers that follow them in direction of hot gases flow. Device for pre-heating of cement raw mix for manufacturing of cement clinker has at least one line of heat exchangers formed with the help of cyclone heat exchangers or heat exchangers with fluidised bed for supply of cement raw mix in counterflow to hot gases exhausted via the line of heat exchangers. ^ EFFECT: increased throughput capacity of heat exchanger. ^ 4 cl, 1 dwg |
