HULL STRUCTURE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE SAME

PURPOSE: A hull structure which has a vertical frame and a horizontal frame and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent damage to the frames and the deformation of the frames. CONSTITUTION: A hull structure which has a vertical frame comprises a steel plate, a longitudinal frame, a cross direction frame(20), and an insert plate(30). The longitudinal frame comprises a web and a flange. The one end of the web is welded to the longitudinal direction of the steel sheet on the steel sheet. The other end of the web is combined with the flange. The cross direction frame includes a slot and is welded to the width direction of the steel sheet in the steel sheet. The slot comprises a long hole, in which flange passes through, and a slit in which the web passes through. The slit is straightly expended to the bottom of the slot hole. The insert plate is arranged between the single-side of the web and the tip of the slit. One end of the insert plate is welded with one end of slit.
