PURPOSE: A marine construction which includes a corrosion prevention layer is provided to prevent the corrosion prevention layer from separating or laminating from the marine construction by forming the corrosion prevention layer using waterproofing agent of cement mixing polymer. CONSTITUTION: A marine construction comprises a corrosion proof layer which includes: 65~75 weight percent of acrylic emersion; 12~20 weight percent of micro cement whose degree of particle size is more than 8000cm^2/g and which improves durability and intensity; 10~18 weight percent of quicklime which is used for the smooth reaction of hydration; 0.02~0.2 weight percent of fluidifier which is used for the dispersion of the cement particle; 0.02~0.2 weight percent of antifoaming agent which is used in order to control foaming generation; 0.02~0.2 weight percent of expander; and 0.7~1.4 weight percent of titanium dioxide.
