<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration of a battery cell by preventing temperature rise of the specific battery cell. <P>SOLUTION: The battery system includes a cooling duct 3, a battery block 2 wherein a plurality of battery cells 1 are arranged, and a ventilation mechanism 10. The ventilation mechanism 10 cools the battery cells 1 by forcibly ventilating a cooling gas from the cooling duct 3 to a cooling gap 5 or from the cooling gap 5 to the cooling duct 3. The cooling duct 3 supplies or discharges the cooling gas from both ends by making openings 3A of both ends connect with the ventilation mechanism 10. Furthermore, the cooling duct 3 is a connection structure where the cooling gas supplied or discharged from the openings of both ends can be directly come in contact, and is a structure where the openings 3A are internally communicated with each other. the battery system cools the battery cell 1 while the cooling gas supplied to the openings 3A of both ends of the cooling duct 3 passes through the cooling gap 5 by colliding inside the cooling duct 3, or cools the battery cell 1 while the cooling gas discharged from the openings 3A of both ends of the cooling duct 3 passes through the cooling gap 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
