<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damage and deterioration of an LED by conducting generated heat to a heat sink comprising a columnar extruded material disposed at an end of an extrusion direction of an extruded material such as aluminum to which the LED is attached for cooling in an LED illuminating lamp using high-brightness LED sealed in a transparent tube such as a columnar glass tube. <P>SOLUTION: The LED is protected from deterioration and damage due to heat by disposing the high-brightness LED on an LED mount disposed in a transparent hollow part such as a glass tube, and is composed of the extruded material such that the heat from the LED is conducted by inserting a joint in which small cusps disposed on the LED mount are formed in the heat sink including a plurality of fins disposed on the LED mount end into a corresponding connection hole in the heat sink and by connecting the LED mount to the heat sink by pressure, and by cooling it by emitting the heat from the fins in the heat sink to the outside air. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
