<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a reduced CoQ10-cyclodextrin (CD) clathrate and the reduced CoQ10-CD clathrate produced by the method. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for producing the reduced CoQ10-CD clathrate, a CoQ10-CD clathrate and an antioxidant are mixed and then preserved in an atmosphere at a temperature of 10-100°C and a humidity of 0-100%.
