<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide pole installation hardware wherein it is possible to reliably assemble a cable anchor provided with a retaining ring to a utility pole. <P>SOLUTION: The pole installation hardware is formed of an L-shaped frame body comprised of: an installation piece 1 installed on the circumferential surface of a utility pole D by an installing means; and a support piece 2 protruded forward by bending the lower end of the installation piece 1. The annular retaining ring r of the cable anchor R is hooked on the support piece 2. The support piece 2 includes an insertion gap 7 for the retaining ring r. A tongue-like piece 8 in a groove shape as laterally viewed that is encircled with the insertion gap 7 excluding the body 9 of the support piece and the base portion continuing to the body 9 and on which the retaining ring r is hooked is provided.
