<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that arguments of functions for performing conversion increase when there are many numbers of cells such as data in a tabular form, input is troublesome, and there are many mistakes of a cell itself for conversion and an order of cells when the two-dimensional bar code is generated in a spreadsheet system. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Time and effort of input are saved by assuming a large rectangle area including all the cells for conversion and a small rectangle area including a cell group which becomes a repetition pattern in the large rectangle area and specifying cell groups of the large rectangle area and the small rectangle area as arguments of a two-dimensional bar code conversion function on a table input/output picture of the spreadsheet system. In addition, as another method, a rectangle area including all the cells for conversion is specified as the argument of the two-dimensional bar code conversion function, once converted into CSV data and after that, converted into the two-dimensional bar code.
