PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a disc part hardly be shaken by a simple constitution in the braking disc of a dual-bearing reel. SOLUTION: This breaking disc 22 is provided by being attached to a spool shaft 5 and braking a spool 4 by making a contact with a frictional disc capable of rotating with the spool as one unit. The braking disc 22 includes a cylindrical attaching part 24, disc part 25 and locking member 27. The attaching part 25 is formed with an annular groove 20 at its outer circumferential surface and attached to the spool shaft. The disc part 25 is linked as capable of rotating as one unit with the attaching part 24 and not movable in a leaving direction from the frictional disc. The locking member 27 is mounted at the annular groove 20, and locks the disc part 25 by making contact with an opposing surface to the friction disc of the disc part 25. The first wall surface 20a of the annual groove at the leaving side from the disc part 25 is constituted by a tapered surface inclining from a groove bottom 20c so that the outer circumferential side leaves from the disc part.
