<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition capable of producing a molding which is excellent in a balance among impact resistance, moldability and appearance and is capable of being a substitute for pottery. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition includes (A) a rubber-containing graft copolymer prepared by graft polymerizing 70-30 pts.wt. monomer mixture comprising 1-40 wt.% vinyl cyanide monomer (b), 20-99 wt.% aromatic vinyl monomer (c) and 0-79 wt.% other copolymerizable vinyl monomers (d) to 30-70 pts.wt. rubber-like polymer (a), (B) a vinyl copolymer prepared by copolymerizing at least a vinyl cyanide monomer (b) and an aromatic vinyl monomer (c), (C) an inorganic filler, and (D) an impact resistance modifier, wherein components (A) to (D) are present in the following amounts: 10-25 wt.% (A), 10-30 wt.% (B), 35-78 wt.% (C), and 2-10 wt.% (D).
