<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a respirator which permits a change of a rescuee to be accurately grasped by improving the defect of mutual infection of infectious diseases. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The mask part 2 of the respirator is closely applied to the mouth of a rescuee A and a bellows part 6 is connected to the other of a body part 3 and the other end of the bellows part is a mouthpiece 7. When a rescuer B holds the mouthpiece 7 in the mouth and inhales, an inhalation valve provided in the inhalation opening opens, and fresh external air fills the interiors of the bellows part 7 and the body part 3. Subsequently, when the rescuer B supplies air, the inhalation valve closes, the slit part of a three-way valve opens, the supplied air is supplied to the rescuee A through the mask part 2 and the air is delivered into the mouth of the rescuee A.
