<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a patient's chronic lumbagos by means of this pillow, which is useful in reducing the curve (forward curve) of his/her lumbar by keeping his/her pelvis inclination angle between 8 to 15°, while he/she sleeps at night, which will improve the arrangement conditions of his/her vertebrae and release the pressure applied to his/her intervertebral disk. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The lumbago relief waist pillow includes a waist pillow 2 in the shape of a right-angled triangle in section, with its slope tilted between 8 to 15°, and an installation belt 3 to install the waist pillow around the belly circumference including the pelvis. The waist pillow 2 is made of a relatively hard and elastic base material, of which the upper surface has a soft sheet for covering it. The installation belt 3 is a flexible cloth base belt with a tightening function. The position of waist pillow 2 is adjustable when installing it on the installation belt 3.
