<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fully automatic seedling-transplanting system installed in a seedling transplanter for transplanting vegetable seedlings or the like on a ridge while autonomously traveling, and capable of continuing the transplanting operation while automatically supplying a seedling tray when the seedling tray carried by the seedling transplanting machine is exhausted. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The fully automatic seedling-transplanting system is provided with an autonomously traveling and automatic seedling transplanting machine 1 equipped with a seedling-supplying device 18 for receiving the seedling tray T, installed in the front side or the rear side of a traveling machine body 13, an autonomously traveling and automatic seedling-conveying machine 40 carrying the many seedling trays T, and an integrated controller 55 for controlling the automatic seedling transplanting machine 1 and the automatic seedling-conveying machine 40. When the seedlings carried by the automatic seedling transplanting machine 1 is exhausted or reduced, the integrated controller 55 controls the autonomously traveling and automatic seedling transplanting machine 1 and the autonomously traveling and automatic seedling-conveying machine so that the autonomously traveling and automatic seedling transplanting machine 1 and the autonomously traveling and automatic seedling-conveying machine 40 may approach to each other so as to receive the seedling tray T from the automatic seedling-conveying machine 40 by the seedling-supplying device 18 and so as to continue the transplanting traveling of the seedlings.
