<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce effects of a data transmission frequency, being a frequency of transmission data transmitted to an electronic device, on antenna characteristics in television broadcasting and wireless communication in a mobile terminal. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The mobile terminal has an antenna 224a for transmitting or receiving a radio wave, an electronic device (display 214) for executing signal processing of a data signal, a transmitting part 253 for transmitting the data signal to the electronic device, and a timing generating part 260 for generating timing that the transmitting part 253 transmits the data signal to the electronic device.
