PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote a safe drive, while suppressing unnecessary operations when a vehicle is traveling. SOLUTION: An in-vehicle device 10 of an in-vehicle system 1 acquires travel information of the vehicle and transmits it to a mobile terminal 40 connected through radio communication; and when a user operates information which is acquired from the mobile terminal 40 connected in associative manner through radio communication and is to be displayed by a display operation unit 12, operation information specifying contents of the operation is transmitted to the mobile terminal 40. Then the mobile terminal 40, when receiving the operation information from the in-vehicle device 10, determines whether the operation specified with the operation information is restricted, based on the travel information of the vehicle to answer an operation result obtained, by performing the operation to the in-vehicle device 10, when it is determined that the operation is not restricted, but rejects the operation, when it is determined that the operation is to be restricted.
