<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine comprising a sorter which allows a player to easily recognize movement of game balls, and which gives the players sufficient thrill and novel excitement. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The game machine includes the sorter 11 for sorting the game balls flowing down a playfield to a normal region or a special region. The sorter 11 includes: a first guiding passage 17 for reliably guiding the game balls flowing down the playfield in a predetermined direction; a second guiding passage 18 for receiving the game balls guided by the first guiding passage 17 and guiding the game balls in a predetermined direction; a sorter member 19 arranged at the end of the second guiding passage 18, and sorting the game balls guided by the second guiding passage 18 to the normal region or the special region; and an electric driving source 20 for moving the sorter member 19.
