<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display notifying a user of an image belonging to a group in an easy-to-understand manner. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A library view image classification part 134 classifies a plurality of images acquired by a library view image acquisition part 132, into one or plurality of groups correlated with a rank. A library view group image arranging part 136 arranges the group images corresponding to each of the groups, according to the rank of the group, along a group image arrangement reference line provided within a display area. A library view representative image arranging part 140 arranges, as a representative image, the image belonging to any of the groups corresponding to a range on the group image arrangement reference line corresponding to a representative image arrangement area, in the representative image arrangement area within the display area.
