<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holder that can fasten a plurality of target pieces side by side, that can increase strength of holding target pieces on a mounting part, and that can remove only desired pieces from the mounting part while the holder is prevented from falling off from the mounting part. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The holder includes: an elastically deformable resin-made elastic base plate 10 having a base 11 and arms 12 that extend outward from the base 11; a first permanent magnet 20 fixed on the reverse side of the base 11 of the elastic base plate 10; second permanent magnets 21 fixed on the reverse side near the distal end of the arms 12 of the elastic base plate 10; and operating parts 13 that are formed integrally with the distal end of the arms 12 protruding outward from the second permanent magnets 21, in the front side from the reverse-side magnetic pole of the second permanent magnets 21.
