In embodiments of the present invention improved capabilities are described for a mobile, broadband, routable internet established for a specific market, in which a plurality of mobile devices interact as nodes in a mobile ad hoc network and in which packets are IP routable to the individual device independent of fixed infrastructure elements. Certain markets may be enabled on the mobile broadband routable internet by one or more enablers associated with the mobile broadband routable internet.
