PURPOSE: A card module offering OTP for a financial transaction and a system using the same are provided to improve the security function. CONSTITUTION: An MS(Magnetic Strip) unit(105) stores settlement information. An OTP generating unit(101) generates OTP. An MS record unit(107) records the OTP generated by the OTP generating unit to the MS unit. An OTP activation unit(109) inputs the payment command from a user. The OTP activation unit activates OTP.
