PURPOSE: A construction method of elastic sound-proof floor material for physical training facilities is provided to improve durability and improve environment-friendly property despite shock absorption and the blocking of noise and vibration. CONSTITUTION: A construction method of elastic sound-proof floor material for physical training facilities comprises following steps. In a primer spreading step(S1), a primer layer is spread on the upper side of a base layer. In an elastic sound-proof material spreading step(S2), an elastic sound insulation layer is thermally compacted and spread on the upper side of the primer layer. In an elastic paving material spreading step(S3), an elastic paving material layer is spread on the upper side of the elastic sound insulation layer. In a sealing spreading step, a sealing layer is spread on the upper side of the elastic paving material layer.
