FIELD: information technologies. ^ SUBSTANCE: in method an account is opened for the client, client is identified, cashless finance operations are performed via telecommunication facilities of access to payment system. At the same time payment receiver provides the message on necessity of payment or offer of goods or services with machine-readable mark, in which visually-read information are transformed, necessary to draw remote payment. In order to make the payment, a client uses payment terminal or mobile electronic communication device arranged with the possibility to decode machine-readable mark and to recover information contained in it in visually readable form. As machine-readable mark a bar code and/or magnetic and/or radio marks are used with small radius of action. ^ EFFECT: improved efficiency, due to accuracy and immediacy in delivery of financial funds to their receiver, provision of possibility for immediate payment of small payment sums. ^ 6 cl |
