FIELD: instrument making. ^ SUBSTANCE: receiver of radiation comprises sensitive element from alloyed crystal of ferroelectric with electroconductivity of jump type, coupled with electrodes applied on its surface having various work function, and measurement device connected to electrodes. Main optical axis of ferroelectric crystal is oriented at the angle 45ëñ<90 to surfaces of electrodes. One electrode applied on surface of ferroelectric crystal is made of aluminium, the other one - from chrome. ^ EFFECT: measurement of radiation power close to even volt-watt sensitivity in the whole frequency range as a result of pyroelectric current occurrence in crystal with radiation capacity quickly varying in time and action of thermoelectret current in it with radiation capacity slowly varying in time, which makes it possible to judge on actual value of radiation capacity. ^ 4 cl, 1 dwg, 1 tbl |
