FIELD: transport. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive suspension lever, namely to lengthwise lever as well as to wheel suspension with such lever. Proposed lever has jointing hole to mounting suspension lever on car frame and axle hole. Axle element is locked on suspension lever and can be detached therefrom. Axle hole outer edge has at least one recess in the form of cutout, sizes that allow locking axle element. Cast wheel suspension lever comprises attachment appliances to decrease aforesaid recess. Axle hole shape mates that of corresponding axle element. Proposed method comprises casting suspension lever with axle hole, machining said hole to such sizes that allow clamping axle element, fabricating recess on axle hole outer edge and producing fasteners in recess zone. Wheel suspension comprises tubular beam that makes the axle element and two suspension levers. ^ EFFECT: reduced number of production jobs, simplified mounting and dismounting. ^ 10 cl, 4 dwg |
