For treatment of fungal nail diseases suggested is a treatment complex including introduction of immunomax in definite regimen in accordance with regimens and doses of other therapy components. Cleaning of nail bed and introduction of local antimycotic medications are performed. 10-14 days after that itraconazole is introduced by pulse-therapy scheme in amount 200 mg 2 times a day during 7 days, with 3-week interval between them. After the first course of pulse-therapy with intraconazole immunomax and doxihem are introduced. Immunomax is introduced in amount 200 u intramuscularly every second day in number 3 injections with further week interval and repeated course of 3 injections.
