PURPOSE: A groove or kerf forming blade for vulcanization of a pneumatic tire is provided to continuously maintain the function of the kerf after groove abrasion by forming the length of the kerf bigger than the length of the groove. CONSTITUTION: A groove or kerf forming blade for vulcanization of a pneumatic tire includes a kerf forming blade which is installed on the lower part of a groove forming blade(1). The groove forming blade includes a receiving space(11) and a rotary shaft connector(12) which is installed on lower both sides of the groove forming blade. Two kerf forming blades are respectively connected to the rotary shaft connector. A rotation restraint protrusion(15) is included on lower both sides of the groove forming blade.
