PURPOSE: An apparatus for supplying power of a light emitting diode is provide to suppress the supply of an overvoltage even if an overvoltage is supplied to a plurality of light emitting diodes. CONSTITUTION: A voltage converting unit(100) converts an input voltage into a set voltage in proportion to the duty ratio of a control pulse signal. A control pulse signal is applied to a first switching device(Q1). An overvoltage protection unit(200) is activated in case a voltage supplied from the voltage converting unit is greater than standard voltage. A second switching device(Q2) turns off first switching device.
