PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a transparent resin is provided to produce a resin having excellent heat-resistance, shock-resistance, and transparency. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a transparent resin comprises: a step of inputting acrylic monomer, aromatic vinyl monomer, vinyl cyan monomer, and maleic anhydride monomer to a reaction solvent; a step of adding rubber ingredient to prepare mixture solution; a step of adding initiator to the mixture solution to obtain polymer solution; a step of using the polymer solution to polymer by bulk polymerization. The acrylic monomer contains one or more selected from the group consisting of methyl (meth)acrylate, propyl, (metha)acrylate, butyl (metha)acrylate, and 2-ethylhexyl (metha)acrylate.
