<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device constituted by thermally and mechanically connecting both members to each other with a thermally conductive adhesive, wherein thermal connectability between both the members through thermally conductive fillers is improved. <P>SOLUTION: In the electric device constituted by mechanically and thermally connecting both the members 10 and 20 to each other with the thermally conductive adhesive 30 prepared by incorporating thermally conductive fillers 321 and 322 in a resin 31, the thermally conductive fillers 321 and 322 consist of a first filler 321 and a second filler 322, the first filler 321 having low elasticity than the second filler 322 and the second filler 322 having a lower fusion point than the first filler 321. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
