METHOD OF MANUFACTURING PLATE WITH EXTREMELY SMALL PERFORATION WORKED THEREIN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate with extremely small perforations worked therein in which a thick metal plate is perforated with extremely small holes by laser beam machining and in which no holes are filled in with remnants such as burrs.

SOLUTION: A plate 2 composed of aluminum or aluminum alloy is irradiated from the reverse side with a laser beam for a number of times, thereby preparing a plurality of tapered holes penetratingly having an opening with a bore of 10-50μm on the front side and having an opening larger in the reverse side than in the front side, and "Alumite (R)"-treatment is performed simultaneously on the perforated plate including the inner circumference of the through holes.
